Synthetic Fibers
The woven sack industry represents a significant application of polypropylene (PP) polymers, utilized to manufacture bags for packaging agricultural, food, industrial, and chemical products. Key characteristics of these products include high tensile strength, tear resistance, color stability, and resistance to sunlight. The raw polypropylene material is mixed with masterbatches and necessary additives, then melted and extruded into polymer tapes. Following stretching and stabilization, these tapes are woven into fabric, after which the final stages of cutting, sewing, and printing are performed.
